He hasn't seen in her ten years, so kinda impossible to recognize her especially since there is surgery to alter your looks

It makes sense...there's been lot's of cases of family members that did not grow up together and end up being sexually attracted to each other- many psychologists tend to warn these people before they reunite with long lost family members. It's kinda messed up, but it does happen.

Even it was 20 years since she gave him up for adoption, this story is fake as shit. The things people will do to get the top story.
